📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Inspect, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and production delays.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, and implement corrective actions to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Monitor equipment performance using tools such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and other maintenance software.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Document maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and maintenance logs.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment, including but not limited to, CNC machines, assembly lines, and packaging equipment.
• Familiarity with maintenance software and tools such as CMMS, SAP, or similar systems.
• Certification in industrial maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate company vehicles.
