📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the development and implementation of technology projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Lead a team of developers, engineers, and technologists, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive innovation and improve processes.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating relevant innovations into our solutions.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Represent the technology department in cross-functional initiatives and strategic planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing teams.
• Experience with cloud technologies and platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies, such as PMP, Scrum Master, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strategic mindset.
