Accounts Receivable (AR) Handling Officer - Rantau Prapat

Astra Credit Companies is seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable (AR) Handling Officer to join our team in Rantau Prapat, Labuhanbatu, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing overdue accounts by engaging directly with customers to negotiate settlements, collect payments, and resolve disputes. As an AR Handling Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring timely collection of payments from our clients. You will work closely with our sales and finance teams to monitor accounts receivable, follow up on overdue payments, and implement collection strategies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitoring and tracking accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments.
• Engaging directly with customers to negotiate settlements and collect overdue payments.
• Following up on overdue accounts and implementing collection strategies as needed.
• Resolving customer disputes and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Preparing and maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Collaborating with the sales and finance teams to improve collection processes.
• Providing regular reports on the status of accounts receivable.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel to client locations as needed.
