• Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflows and high productivity.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, address concerns, and provide feedback.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations.
• Ensure that all equipment and machinery are in good working condition and maintained according to schedule.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
