📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Evaluate and assess fragrance samples using advanced sensory analysis techniques.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide expert insights and recommendations to support sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine fragrance formulations.
- Participate in product development meetings and provide feedback on fragrance performance.
- Maintain accurate records of fragrance evaluations and market insights.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in fragrance evaluation.
- Support training and development initiatives for new team members.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Fragrance Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fragrance evaluation or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of fragrance chemistry and sensory evaluation techniques.
- Proficiency in using sensory evaluation software such as FIZZ, Sensory Spectrum, or similar tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian.
