📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment
- Monitor and maintain the performance of our IT infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems
- Document and maintain IT procedures and policies
- Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies
- Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and policies
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support roles
- Proven experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and hardware components
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus
