As an Estimator Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and analysis of cost estimates for construction projects. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking, ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with our estimators, project managers, and other stakeholders to provide accurate and reliable cost information.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of detailed cost estimates for construction projects using software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Excel.
• Analyze project specifications, material costs, labor rates, and other factors to develop accurate and competitive estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers and estimators to ensure that cost estimates align with project timelines and budgets.
• Review and verify cost data to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide cost analysis and recommendations to optimize project budgets and improve profitability.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate cost estimates and analysis to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and technological advancements to enhance estimation processes.
• Support the estimator team in achieving project goals and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost estimation and analysis for construction projects.
• Proficient in using cost estimation software such as Bluebeam Revu, CostX, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Certification in cost estimation or project management is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
