📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.
• Provide patient counseling and education on medication use and proper storage.
• Stock and organize pharmacy inventory, ensuring accurate records and proper shelf life management.
• Process insurance claims and patient payments, maintaining accurate financial records.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and adherence to medication protocols.
• Perform basic laboratory tests and assist in quality control procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting or related healthcare field.
• Familiarity with pharmacy software such as Medisys, Epic, or similar systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
• Valid pharmacy assistant certification or equivalent is preferred.
