Cafe Elsa Shop is looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join our team. As a Senior HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for creating a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Coordinate with management to address HR-related issues.,Assist in the development of training programs for employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.,Experience in performance management and employee development.
