Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial models and forecasts.,Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.,Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with business objectives.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of financial metrics and KPIs.,Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.,Manage and mentor junior FP&A staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.,8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in financial modeling and forecasting.,Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.,Knowledge of financial markets, economic trends, and industry best practices.,Experience working in a multinational or international environment is a plus.,Fluency in English is required.
