In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects with a focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a proven track record of successfully managing projects in the Bali region.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction projects from inception to completion.,Ensure that all construction activities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.,Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use of materials and labor.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.,Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.,Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on residential or commercial projects.,Proven track record of successfully managing projects in the Bali region.,Strong knowledge of local regulations, building codes, and construction practices in Bali.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Experience with project management software and tools is a plus.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently to project sites.
