📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process from start to finish to ensure quality and efficiency.,Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines are met.,Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards.,Train and mentor junior staff to improve productivity and performance.,Manage inventory and ensure materials are available when needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Implement and monitor production improvement initiatives.,Maintain accurate records of production data and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a production environment.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using production management software.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Ability to travel occasionally for site visits and meetings.
