📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Conduct job analyses to understand the specific needs of each position.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.,Assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to provide feedback and make recommendations.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.,Provide guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
