📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Managing and mentoring a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.,Implementing marketing strategies and promotions to drive customer traffic and sales.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conducting regular stock checks and inventory management.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management.,Participating in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
