Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company,Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Develop and maintain operational budgets and forecasts,Identify and mitigate operational risks,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages
