📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with medical procedures.,Document patient information accurately and maintain patient records.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Maintain a clean and organized nursing station.,Participate in staff meetings and continuous professional development activities.,Assist in the management of the nursing unit, including inventory and equipment maintenance.,Promote a positive and respectful work environment for both patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification from the relevant regulatory body.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.,Proficiency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Understanding of basic medical terminology and procedures.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
