📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, order processing, and delivery scheduling.,Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including safety, quality, and environmental regulations.,Manage a team of logistics staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that logistics operations support business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards, including safety, quality, and environmental regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
