📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of shop assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Oversee daily shop operations, including stock management, sales targets, and customer service.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or shop assistant role.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.,Ability to handle cash and manage financial transactions.,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications preferred.
