NEXA Sentosa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Medical Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and institutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the medical field and a proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.,Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to meet and exceed sales targets.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product growth.,Provide product education and training to healthcare professionals.,Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Proven experience as a Medical Representative or similar role.,Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and medical field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
