In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our workshop operations, from diagnostics and repairs to customer service and inventory management. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring our team of mechanics, ensuring that they are up-to-date with the latest industry standards and best practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all aspects of workshop operations, including diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Lead and mentor a team of mechanics, ensuring that they are up-to-date with the latest industry standards and best practices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with the quality of our work and the professionalism of our staff.
  • Manage inventory and ensure that we have all the necessary tools and parts to complete repairs and maintenance.
  • Ensure that all work is completed safely and in accordance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
  • Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that our workshop is a safe and healthy place to work.
  • Ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a mechanic in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and mentoring a team of mechanics.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance, including diagnostics and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with a variety of vehicle makes and models.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
