📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement menus that meet customer preferences and nutritional requirements.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure cost-effective and efficient kitchen operations.,Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement kitchen policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of success in managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine and culinary trends.,Possession of a relevant culinary certification or degree is a plus.
