📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial transactions at the clinic, including cash handling, billing, and invoicing.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient payments and insurance claims.,Maintain and update financial records and reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly financial statements.,Train and supervise junior cashiers and administrative staff in financial procedures and best practices.,Collaborate with the clinic's management team to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and control cash flow, inventory, and expenses to ensure the clinic's financial health.,Provide excellent customer service to patients, answering inquiries and resolving any financial-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashier or financial management role in a healthcare or similar setting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, Excel, or other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
