📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.,Install, configure, and maintain software applications and systems.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.,Ensure the security and integrity of the IT environment.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and applications.,Document IT processes, procedures, and incidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
