FLUX Ekspansindo is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Ciamis. As a Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our branch, managing a team of employees, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Managing a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitoring sales performance and implementing measures to increase revenue and profitability.,Ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, and that the branch is compliant with company policies and procedures.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and other business partners.,Representing the company at local events and meetings, and acting as a liaison between the branch and the corporate office.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail, wholesale, or distribution environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound business decisions.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel to and from the office.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
