📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and drive sales
• Manage and maintain the sales floor, ensuring it is clean, organized, and appealing
• Stock merchandise and ensure accurate inventory levels
• Process transactions using point-of-sale systems
• Promote products and special offers to customers
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed daily sales targets
• Assist in store events and promotions to boost sales and customer engagement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems
• Customer service orientation and a passion for retail
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg)
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
