📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to increase product sales and revenue.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selection and purchases.,Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Participate in store promotions and special events to drive sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the retail industry and understanding of consumer behavior.,Knowledge of local market trends and competition.,Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
