Port Diamond Cemerlang is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Operational Manager to join our team in Tangerang, Banten. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of our port activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational management and a passion for excellence in port operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily port operations to ensure efficiency and safety.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve port performance.,Coordinate with various stakeholders including ship agents, terminal operators, and government agencies.,Monitor and report on operational performance metrics.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Lead and mentor operational staff to achieve organizational goals.,Handle and resolve operational issues and conflicts effectively.,Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marine Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management within the port industry.,Strong knowledge of port operations, logistics, and maritime laws.,Proven track record of successfully managing operational teams and projects.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with port management software and systems.,Valid certification in maritime safety and security is a plus.
