📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Conduct inspections, tests, and audits to identify and resolve quality issues in the manufacturing process.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and reduce defects.,Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement in the quality control process.,Train and mentor junior quality engineers and technicians on quality control best practices.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in quality engineering.,Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.,Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and quality records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering, with a focus on semiconductor or manufacturing industries.,Strong knowledge of quality control processes, including SPC, DOE, and FMEA.,Experience with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, is a plus.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
