📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily outlet operations including opening and closing procedures.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.,Train and supervise junior staff members.,Promote sales and marketing activities within the outlet.,Maintain a clean and well-organized outlet environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or customer service roles.,Proven ability to manage and supervise a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Familiarity with basic financial transactions and record-keeping.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Willingness to travel and work overtime when necessary.,High school diploma or equivalent.

🛠️ Keahlian

Leadership and team management skills.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Basic computer skillsincluding spreadsheet software.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Multilingual skills (English and local language) are a plus.
