📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounting function, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and provide guidance on accounting best practices.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.,Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and technologies to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with global accounting practices and international operations is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
