📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation using EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments with healthcare providers, ensuring optimal use of resources.
• Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers, ensuring a smooth transition process.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to address concerns and provide information.
• Handle patient inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist with billing and insurance processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
• Support administrative tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining patient files.
• Promote a positive and welcoming environment for patients and visitors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a patient liaison or administrative role in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with EMR systems such as Epic or Cerner is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of insurance and billing processes is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
