📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Manage and train a team of chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Maintain accurate inventory and purchasing records.,Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures.,Ensure high standards of food presentation and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with budgeting and cost control.,Degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred.
