As a Graphic Design Supervisor (Packaging) at Mason Adventures Bali, you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire packaging design process, from concept to final production. You'll collaborate with designers, printers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our packaging meets the highest standards of quality and creativity. With a strong background in graphic design and a passion for adventure tourism, you'll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the creation and development of packaging designs for our adventure tourism products.
• Collaborate with the product team to ensure that packaging designs align with our brand identity and appeal to our target audience.
• Work closely with designers, printers, and other stakeholders to ensure that packaging meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.
• Utilize industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create and refine packaging designs.
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure that designs are on-brand and visually appealing.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in packaging design to ensure that our designs remain competitive and innovative.
• Manage the packaging design budget and ensure that designs are cost-effective and efficient to produce.
• Ensure that all packaging designs comply with industry regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in packaging design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proven experience working in the adventure tourism industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
