📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a strategic plan for the university, aligned with national and international higher education standards.
• Oversee the academic programs and ensure they meet the highest quality standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in teaching and learning.
• Manage and develop the faculty and staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and international institutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the university's performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
• Represent the university at national and international conferences and events.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Master's degree in Education, Higher Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in higher education administration, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successful strategic planning and execution.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with higher education standards and best practices, both nationally and internationally.
