📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Screen and evaluate job applicants, conducting initial interviews and assessments.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and actively engage in recruitment activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans.,Provide support in the management of the recruitment process, including tracking and reporting.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
