Puskesmas Dian Dental Clinic is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Deputy Barista/Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for serving our customers with excellent coffee and providing efficient cashier services. We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee, customer service, and has a friendly demeanor.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages to customers.,Maintain and clean the coffee equipment and work area to ensure a clean and safe environment.,Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.,Assist in stocking and managing inventory of coffee supplies and cashier items.,Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.,Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.,Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the work area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a coffee shop or restaurant.,Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing methods.,Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of cash handling and financial transactions.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg).
