Makmur Sari Dental Clinic is looking for a dedicated and friendly Banquet Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to our patients and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist patients upon arrival and departure.,Provide information about clinic services and procedures.,Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient records.,Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.,Handle cash transactions and manage clinic finances.,Coordinate with dental staff to ensure patient comfort and satisfaction.,Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.,Promote clinic services and events to the community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with dental clinic operations is a plus.,Basic computer skills and knowledge of office software.,Friendly, approachable, and patient-oriented attitude.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
