📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.,Manage and supervise the pharmacy staff, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve pharmacy performance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular audits to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar operational management role.,Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and industry standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
