In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the fleet operations, ensuring the vehicles are in good condition, and managing the fleet schedule. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the fleet database and records.,Inspect and maintain the vehicles to ensure they are in good condition.,Manage the fleet schedule and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for fleet management.,Handle any fleet-related issues or complaints from employees or customers.,Stay updated with the latest developments in fleet management and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
